I like mecha and want to start watching more of it but i dont know what one to start watching first.
the obviouse choice would be Gundum but what series and is there a better series.
I just dont know can you guys help me please choose the best Mecha series out there?

I liked Neon Genesis Evangelion (well apart from the last couple of episodes).

Full Metal Panic has mecha.
Code Geass has mecha.

Guess it depends on how much of the actual mecha you want in a series...

gundam, 8th MS team for the best of the "main" story line. Try Gundam Wing or G gundam if you want something fully contained; wing is more "traditional" mecha with a more usual gundam story line, as opposed to g gundam is what happens what gundam makes get high on crack and what to do something different.

I disagree with that statement about 8th MS team, it's good but....


anyway macross(I hated macross but lots of people like it) is mecha, but Diebuster is good, and I'm told demonbane is also good and you can't go wrong with robotech

Dual! has a pretty good amount of mechs in it, not as much as others, but its also not as serious as things like Gundam. Its one of my faves.
