It was played with NGE clip in AMV Hell 3. I'm sure that song name must be "I think we're alone now", but I don't think that band is righ: Get Up Kids. I can't find that song anywhere. Anyone know real name of song/band or wher e can I download that?

Right, the artist listed in the video is incorrect. On the credits page here on the site it has been corrected as "The Youth Ahead".
