Clip #23 showing the anime "To Heart" should include credit to "The Frantics" and their comedy mainstay "Boot to the Head". The sound clip before "Multikill" was a boot to the head.

I just listened to the "boot to the head" song and heard nothing similar. Can you cite anything more specific?

Just listen closely to Tae Kwon Leep at exactly the 3:53 minute mark, then you'll hear some boot to the head.

It's a clip from "Ti Kwan Leep/Boot to the Head". The particular sound clip is when the second student receives a lesson from the master.
