That hentai was used several times, if you check the one for the "I love little girls" song that's it. Shoyonoido Mako-chan is the name now that I've checked it. Good luck trying to find it, its kinda rare.

just go google the anime name and look around .. i'm sure you'll be able to find it .. just need to add a word or 2 in the search field and you'll get it exact

I believe deadfrog has it in their loli section. If I remember, that's where I got it.
