the whole idea behind an AMV screams copyright infringements.
why do you think its unlawful for AMV creators to receive anything of monetary value when they win contests?

.. i think that as long as you put a link to the website with the clips then no one will care at all. it was made to be seen by as many people as possible.

Well no matter what, you still have to ask the authors of AMV Hell, since it is their video, and you have to have their consent. But on the other hand, if nobody rejects, I guess it is alright :?

a very overasked question.

first, mostly this would have to do with morals, and from my standpoint chopping any amv up and showing parts violates my morals....

secondly anything not owned by a US based dubbing or distributeing company is usealy ok because you are just giveing free advertizeing for this anime and the anime company likes you for it for makeing an english song to this breaking laws to show off the unknown anime so it gains some kinda fan base.

lastly, anything that is copyrighted in US can only be infringed with no repercutions by china and australia, because they have laws that protect their people from other countrys laws over the matirial. In this case like i have done with Evangelion for a production that is on my site is by a temp. copyright licence it dosent cost alot and in some cases is granted for free giveing you unlimited use with it as long as you do not show episodes in dub unless you compile a trailer to show the anime as a free advertizement for the US companys but also put it is NOT aproved or is conciderd a unofficial trailer.

I could go into 1000 more things but mostly what i said should help out, all in all if you are not shareing the full file, in my eyes thats something i would not do... and no matter what! full credit and agrement from unsaid creators should be a main priority above all else. BUT, shareing the BT on your site would be nice for Zarxrax, the creators, and help boost the populareity of this already epic creation.(arse kissing was not intended... but encouraged)
