I hate mecha/Yaoi So i want an anime That doesn't have many episodes, has an english dub available and a really good story that'll keep me watching. also some action, Drama, Comedy and romance. That would be my type of anime.

Clannad is really good, so is Kannon. Air is another that I have to recommend. Kodomo no Jikan, Shakugan no Shana, Fairy Tale. . . Those are all good. The one I'm watching at the moment is Bokurano, Which I highly suggest anyone should watch, the only problem is that it dosen't seem to match your criteria.

Should check out bakemonogatari. Its got a lil bit of everything, except giant robots. Vampires, supernatural stuff, a cat girl, some good fight scenes.. Its a little weird at first, but if watch the first few episodes you would be hooked.
