I think I might have to go back and look at math functions like +, *, and ^ as points along a continuous spectrum of functions. I may have run into problems last time because I defined + as 0, * as 1, and ^ as 2. Maybe + needs to be 1.

F(a,b,c) defined as "a _c_ b =" where _c_ is the math function being applied to a and b.
So with + as 1:
F(2,3,1) = 2 + 3 = 5

So the question is then F(2,3,0) = ?
I think for all a and b, F(a,b,0) = 0

That way you keep the function in line with other standard math functions that "zero-out" at 0.

Do you think if he was serious, he'd actually tell us of his plans of not working? Unless he wanted to virtually shoot himself in the foot, it's highly unlikely. Theoretically speaking, if someone saw a post such as the one in question, they would post something about it (most likely a question, though it could be a comment of some sort). I think the bottom is $20. Might make some of my relatives buy as much as they can at $20. It's a little risky though. FB can potentially monetize their active users better than Google can in the long-term. I never use Google anymore. I know where everything I need is. Some people spend 50%+ of their life on FB now. If trends in the US line up with Japan, women will stop using PCs and laptops and mainly use their cellphones for FB and messaging. Women are 20x more likely to buy something they see in an online ad.

But in the long-term, there's nothing to stop the 4 major corporations from making their own social networks with more features and tie-ins. If FB had a giant button on the side that said I'M HUNGRY, that when clicked listed every restaurant that delivers food to your house, their company would be worth billions. Right now, FB needs to do a lot more to bring me things I actually want.

A: Judging by the guards the standing there, the water looks like it's a few inches at most, not enough for a shark and the sharks swimming make it looks like the water is deeper in comparison to the guards standing.
B: One of the those sharks looks like a Great White or a relative, it cannot survive in that low of water and I don't think they go as far north as Canada, a Porbeagle is a possibility, however.
C: But the Coup'D'grace is the context: The Image says Toronto, the closest water to Toronto is Lake Ontario, which is Fresh Water. The only species of Shark that can survive in Fresh Water are Bull Sharks or Glyphus Shark, one of which lives in warmer waters and the other being so rare that only two hundred adults are supposed to exist at any time. That and the species shown in the image is NOT a Bull Shark.

People don't realize the difficulty of working with 254 clips in an NLE program. CS5.5 won't even import that many clips at once. It crashes. If I could get Premiere 6.0 to not render sections of video as garbage when I change the speed of the clip, I would be done with the credits by now. make several videos using about 20 amvs save it then do it again until your done.
Then once you'll have 12 videos to work with instead of 254.

you could also try organizing the clips in a word document to help keep track of the order you want them in.

I have had quality issues like that once, I downloaded Madoka Magika or whatever it's called, It was the 1080p version, My laptop refused to play it, When i'd try in VLC the video would glitch like seen in that gif Brian posted. Even playing the 720p video was sorta laggy....Maybe..the people submitting the clips, got the highest resolution of anime, but their computers refuses to cooperate with it? That could be another issue besides the encoding and all that.
That's plausible, I suppose, but there are ways to properly extract footage from files like that. My computer can hardly play high-definition files, but I still manage to make clips in respectable quality. It just requires the right conversion tools, is all.

He's nothing but Toby Turner with a walkie talkie.
They both seem to try painfully hard to be funny, but fail miserably.
I'm having a hard time accepting the like/dislike ratio as reality.

I can't even force myself to sit through even one of his videos.
Every time I hear him scream into his $3 microphone, it evokes a physical reaction in me to leave immediately.
