I don't think it's possible to fit the complete AMV hell series to a DVD. After hell 4, I say they just have AMV Hell 4, AMV Hell: CE, Crap footage submitted to Hell 4, and deleted scenes. Maybe they could squeeze in a few extra amv's as Easter eggs or something like they do with some dvd menus. Once it's done just download the first DVD and make a two disc collection.
