@Zarxrax: Don't have a copy of all the mini's, but if you ever want to do a par2 exchange to save bandwidth and just recover the needed bits then just let us know.
In fact, that offer stands for anyone, any time-
If you have a mostly correct, but corrupt copy of any of the AMVHell stuff and want to exchange par2 / xdelta's then pm me and or start a thread.
I only check this e-mail as often as I forget the password, but I'll probably see the thread show up in my feed reader.
If someone's requesting after this thread locks:
  It would be good / help a lot to search and use an existing thread about 'corrupt' / 'par2' etc.
  I'm checking forums 4,6,7 - News, Main and Off-topic; but, make the topic obvious, as the feeds only give me the latest post in a given thread.

Your AMV Hell 4 and CE don't match what I have.
I downloaded mine from animemusicvideos.org, and they don't seem to match the versions on the torrents for some reason. Which is very odd, because they SHOULD be the same o.o
I'm guessing the animemusicvideos.org should be the accurate version, but there's really no way to know...
Also, your AMV Minis episode 09 is different.
Can anyone who downloaded that episode right after it was released post a new md5 for me?

I double checked the numbers for all the videos I have on the server to make sure I didn't cross numbers and they still show the same. I do remember downloading 9 the day it came out.

Hmm... the 2 files even have different filesize. I'm not sure what happened there, because I don't remember releasing an updated version of that episode, or anything like that... I'll need to check deeper into this and see if there is any visual difference.

My CE and Hell 4 match the other hashes we've seen so far; however, note that there were avi and mp4 releases somewhere at some point.

If you trust the files at the time the torrents were created, then check them against the block hashes in the torrent. ie. make a temporary copy, then seed or have your client verify data. Doubles as finding which block vary, without having the other file to run an xdelta, I suppose.
Torrent creation dates:
$ grep -aoE 'creation datei[0-9]*'  *.torrent | sed 's/\([^:]*\).*\([0-9]\{10,\}\)$/\2  \1/' | awk '{$1=strftime("%Y.%m.%d",$1); print }' | sort

Regarding AMV Minis episode 9, I still can't figure out what happened.
My best guess at this point is that I had 2 encodes sitting on my pc, and after I originally uploaded it, I deleted the wrong one. Then later on when I had to upload it again, I put my other copy up. Sounds almost believable.

Sounds about right.
Looks like the current easy-share DDL is slightly newer and has the audio bitrate bumped and the video dropped by small amounts.
From Evileel's dropbox:

TL;DR: The older one (40.1MB) was on an easy-share but was deleted; the new one showed up when re-uploaded to easy-share around Nov 1st.
d5b132eaaa3b437b41af0428d8946527  ./dropbox/AMV+Minis+09.mp4  (Evileel & MADEVIL)

This older DDL link showed that the file size was 40.1MB, which matches the copy d5b132eaaa3b437b41af0428d8946527
http://www.easy-share.com/1911433839/AMV Minis 09.mp4
The newer (current) DDL link is 00a308a04d8f09aa124624608076c17f, and has been there since between 10/25 & 11/16;
which was probably around Nov 1st (http://www.amvhell.com/showthread.php?2489-AMV-Minis-09&p=175292#post175292)
Probably just re-uploaded the second encoded when the first DDL link went down.
My bet is that it was re-encoded before being uploaded to YouTube for better audio on 7/24.
YouTube Version
Which it seems to be a good bet, considering the YouTube version :D
