Someone else probably has a way better idea, but if you overlap two video clips, at least in Media maker, it will give you a very similar, if not the same, effect you're looking for then you can just use that file in your preferred video maker

Looks like overlapping mixed with a smidgin of masking (cuz the close up of Yuki's guitar is missing a bright red curtain if I'm not mistaken. So the track should look like this:

Wide shot of band below with Yuki's guitar close up on top with the opacity set to... I'm gonna say 50%(?), with some type of masking effect to get rid of noise. You're gonna have to experiment a bit to mimick it, as I usually mask manually, while that clip looks like it's using one of the filters.

Now that I look at it some more, it might be using both manual masking and one of those filters. But like I said, this is just an assumption based on my experience.
