Why is it sites that are dying seem to get the most spam? Same thing is happening at The Escapist.

It usually is time to do some banning. Whether you're on Facebook, Twitter, Deviantart or AMV Hell, there are always some assholes who need to get their asses kicked out, yeah?

WE were getting robo-spammed pretty hard there for a while. Zarx did some tweaking to the board and they went away.

There are still hits to the site, the rest of the members just don't have to see them like they use to since the posts get flagged for Zarx, Law or myself to see first. Just a easier time to keep the site clean of the trash and the hits are less now.

I'd kinda like to know just for curiosity's sake if they made any kinda profit ad spamming the Forums lol...
