We're going to be playing some Halo CE on the PC sometime. It would be awesome if a bunch of people could join in!

Date pending for the time being, due to a lack of interest.

If you don't have Halo CE you can get it by signing up for dropbox here:

Then Xelais will invite you to the AMV Hell shared folder. Where you can get a very easy to run version of it. It should be able to run on the crappiest of computers.

If all goes well, I'd like to do play Halo some more times. In which case all of the later play dates will be posted on this thread. Also, if you have and suggestions for games that you'd rather play other than Halo post it here:

EDIT: Once you create a game there's an option for "Max Players." That number also has a max, but that number is dependent on what you have selected for "Connection Type."

It's a version of Halo without the campaign, and you can use custom maps with it (hence the "custom" part. :P)

It's very tiny, so I'll probably upload it to mediafire, although I'll be uploading a version with extra maps to the dropbox (wallace in my sig)

While CE can definitely stand for Combat Evolved, this is Custom Edition. It's not exactly "modded," Gearbox freely distributes this on their website.

When I'm talking about that Halo CE, I just call it Halo so it doesn't get confused with Custom Edition.

...although, this version does have the copy protection taken away, so I guess it is kinda modded. >.>;
