I have two problems.
1. How do I convert videos into mp4 format? (That's the format that I've been informed is a requirement for iPod videos.)
2. I have Amv Hell 5 in mp4 format and have it in my itunes library but it isn't being sent to my ipod when they sinc up. How do I get it onto my iPod?
Please Help!

select the file and then go to ADVANCED>CONVERT SELECTION FOR IPOD.
That will make two files, delete the old one and sync the new one!

Possibly try this. I honestly have no idea. But this is what the internet told me.
