This thread is where people who don't feel like working on AMVs, and have ideas, can pair up with willing volunteers to make one together. Try to keep the thread on-topic, and be sure to reply directly to the person you want to pair up with, then you can private message the ideas, results, drafts, questions, etc. back and forth. If you plan to submit an AMV made here to and AMV Minis or Hells, be sure to include the name of the worker(s) and the person(s) who came up with the idea(s) when submitting, unless they don't want to be included. Keep in mind that more than two people can work at a time, just be sure not to have a group more than 5 or more people. The layup should be as follows:
"(number request)
Anime: (specify anime), (specify particular scene, movement, emotion, etc.)
Audio: (specify source), (specify particular scene, song, quote, artist, and or sound, .etc)"
After your idea(s) have been claimed, please edit in a "TAKEN" note somewhere on the post.

Mkay, I'll just post my entire idea here for the hell of it XD.

Idea number 1

I was thinking making Illpalazzo be sarge and use a few parts from it, kind of like a running joke.

The first one is at about 35 seconds where he says: "Hey blue, how do like them apples? And by apples, I mean bullets! In your face!" Easily made with the first time Illpalazzo shoots Excel. The shotgun noise could go with his revolver pistol, match the talking with whatever scene, and when he says "in your face" show Excel's face with a bullet hole in it. Clean, cut, done. I tried to make this one a while back but my edit software was crap...

Other than that I think the "look in my shotgun barrel... rocket barrell" part could be used and so could the second to last clip. Well, there's all I had for that one.

well ..i sorta had this idea in another thread i made...wondering if anyone wanted to help with a certain idea - or at least contribute a couple ideas..... all i got was a couple ideas... but i just havent been motivated enough to finish that video... kinda want more content... just not enough of those types of characters in anime... there are a few... but for me... just not enough... especially since i tend to lyrical sync 90% of my videos... finding certain scenes is a pain in the ass XD

still kinda go back to it here and there... but i haven't really got very far since XD.... but at the same time it would be one i would want to submit to cons... which most of them don't like/ don't allow MEP.... so actually having someone help out on it seems to also be a downside as well XD

anyways i kinda like the idea that if someone needs help with an amv to try to help them out by either making a scene they need or at least giving ideas - i'm up for it.....but as for doing a whole amv...if i find the time i'd be happy to do a "Request" ...even if not directed specifically at me :P


so i guess my "Request" is, if anyone can think of any other shows with Otaku Girl Characters would be awesome (aside from the obvious, but can post them anyway if you like i.e Lucky Star, Hayate, Genshiken, Ore no Imoutom and i have couple others :P ) character names and from what shows would help :P .....some ideas might motivate me to finish the video :P

All my original ideas seem to be used already. But I love video editing and will be willing to edit AMVs together.
Pretty much, I'll be willing to edit and make AMVs if you just mention my name and give me part credit.
In case your wondering I've been video editing for 3 years and hope to take it in college just as soon as I finish high school
Also I can get what ever anime you want me to use, asap but it will take varying lengths depending on whether or not it's released in the USA or not and so forth.
Be sure to be specific of what you want or I'll just improv.
If you want to see my editing you can see my old work on youtube. It's from before I switched to new editing software. I don't post much new stuff there anymore but I'm trying. Most new stuff there is from many months ago.

Audio: A link to the song or audio would be nice also

Idea: Please be specific about times. I'd appreciate it if you told me exactly what time in the song and the anime both. You wouldn't believe how difficult it is to try and the exact part of the song or anime without a time.

You can PM me or post it here if you want me to edit something for you.
