To be honest I'm completely sure what it is, but based on the references to the midnight channel and the fact that the site the video advertised has a TV with a Yellow screen and a timer (counting down to April 11, the day the main character arrived in Inaba) It's highly likely that it's related to Persona 4.

It may not be a movie, there possibilities for a live action TV series, or even an anime. Hell all the similarlies could be a could be a coincidence, with whatever this is having nothing to do with Persona 4

Well I can now confirm that it is in fact, a Persona 4 anime.

the Mayonaka-TV site transferred me to a site called http://www.p4a.jp/ . after waiting for the page to load an image saying Persona 4: The animation. It seems that the page implies that the anime will try to follow the game's storyline.

Lets hope tat somewhere hidden in this series is the official announcement for Persona 5
