My old roommate has began to make his own web series by doing reviews of comic books (he is a huge comic nerd). This is his first time doing something like this and since I know this community has a grasp of video editing I though I could ask for you guys to watch one or two of his videos and give some constructive criticism.

His first problem is he's not Linkara. I'll have more after I watch it.

Edit: wow, I'm not sure I can be particularly constructive here, it was really bad. First things first, no arbitrary rating system of the comic, or at least a sensible one that anyone could understand. Second he was very uneven with his criticism, and yes I'm glad he pointed out good and bad parts but he didn't do it well. I'm also not sure I agreed with his conclusions either, for someone who purportedly reads a lot of comics saying that dollmaker is a bad batman villain is off, batman gets gruesome pretty often and sometimes can feel like a horror series at times and they do it fairly well. He made some good jokes but they were few and far between, I think he lost focus that part of the point of internet reviewing is to entertain. Overall I his reviewing style felt more like a frankinstyle of other reviewers than his own personal style, his opinions felt uneven he needs to work on his nitpicking technique and I found it ironic that he'd complain about the comic's pacing when his own could use some work. Now I'm off to finish filming the rest of the first episode of my series where I review internet reviewers.
