1st, familiarize yourself with this thing called google.

Then, by utilizing google, search for help by using "key words" such as "torrents" and "guide" or "howto".

Then you'll find stuff like

Believe me when i tell you to use thepiratebay.org for location of torrents and then once you have the tor that you want, open it with bittorrent, utorrent, shareaza, or limewire. I have been doing this for 8 years. Good luck and happy pirating.

i like to use mininova.org havent found a problem with it yet. to download i use utorrent 1.7.7 very good never fails you unless theres no seeds >:(

I'm trying to torrent a thing called Matt Wilson's Bonus Stage, and it's still connecting to peers after about an hour and a half.
I'm starting to think no one has this torrent.
