Hard choice between Elfen Lied/Albuquerque and Revolutionary Girl Utena/Ordinary Day.

However, in RGU, the song isn't very funny in itself, the quality lies in the interaction, while EL could have been almost just as good with two still pictures - it's the "song" that makes the fun.

EL is good indeed. It makes you laugh once and again, but there's not much art in it.

Boyz-n da Hood/Angelic Layer and Albuquerque/Elfen Lied are close seconds. Boyz was really well synced, and funny as hell. And Chainsaw? 'Nuf said.

I really can't see why Beer is so fantastic. It's like going onto the scene at a large convention, yelling PUSSY!!! and then go back down as though nothing had happened.

Though I cannot claim to share thy standing on this matter, I shall not deny the fact, that the craftmanship of this piece holds no major flaws. Nonetheless, I stand firm on my opinion. This piece does, though it are humourous in its own, simple way, not hold the artistic strength to be worthy to contest for passing to the final vote

I know this can be quite difficult -I've tried myself- but less will do. However, Beer does not manage to move beyond illustrating the words of a song, unless it holds some reference to mahoraba which I don't know.

That is, of course, in addition to being funny. Otherwise my vote would have been put quite differently.

This is, however, where my own reasoning is flawed. In fact the same critics goes for Elfen Lied/Albuquerque. As far that is concerned, the act of cutting limbs off with a chainsaw is quite a bit less trivial than drinking beer and that, together with the gory subject, seems to have caused some inconsistency.
